I've been hooked on Kangiku since last fall.
I was hesitant to buy it because it was a daiginjo and expensive, but in the end I couldn't resist the temptation and bought it!
I like the color of the label.
It still feels sweet, but it is easy to drink.
Today's saikyo-yaki miso has a nice sweetness to it.
