Sohomare生酛仕込 特別純米
祝常陸杜氏
Thank you for having me! Thank you "Souhomare Ikatashikomi Tokubetsu Junmai".
We were told at a local shop that this sake is from a brewery that has been working hard lately.
The attack is a bit like a rice malt flavor, but after that, you can feel the strong acidity that is characteristic of Ikaramoto brewing, and the aftertaste is crisp.
While there are many unique flavors in the case of Ikarashibukomi, perhaps it is because the rice used for brewing is Yamadanishiki from the special A district, but overall it is easy to drink and elegant Ikarashibukomi Junmai.
