I had drunk a bottle of "Bakerun" before starting Sake-no-wa, and it made quite an impact and left a strong impression on me. This was my first time to try Kudokidote from the same brewery.
I had heard that Kudokidote was sweet, so I was looking forward to it.
The aroma was fruity. The mouthfeel was gassy and pear-like sweetness flowed smoothly.
The label says it is not too sweet, but I like it 😄.
I can enjoy it on its own, and Kamenoi Shuzo makes me want to try many different kinds of sake 🎵.
