Fruity, sweet, acidic, and wonderfully sharp.
It is a sweet sake but has a nice sharpness.
We enjoyed it with hot bean curd, grilled beef with ponzu sauce, and tomato salad.
Although it is called nigori (nigori means "cloudy" in Japanese), it may be lightly cloudy.
