When you actually drink Ten Frog, the first thing you will notice is its juicy aroma and fruity flavor. Often described as "pear," "muscat," or "lactic acidic like calpis," it is sweet and sour and extremely refreshing. Many people have the impression that it is more like a naturist white wine than a sake.
The carbonation is fine and bursts gently in the mouth, but has a strong presence. The aftertaste is clean and crisp without being sweet, with a delicate acidity and rice flavor that is typical of Niimasa remaining in the finish.
