A robust flavor that is typical of Chochin
Bitter aroma and aftertaste like grapefruit
Slightly effervescent, followed by a thickening sensation.
Seems to go well with autumn flavors.
The smell of alcohol was bothersome when the bottle was first opened, but it calmed down a little the next day.
The flavor exploded after about a week. It seems to go well with simmered sweet potato!
