Horizontal letters and Minomushi-kun that don't look like sake labels.
It's already the season of Hiyaoroshi.
According to the back label, it's a fragrant Jun Gin with an image of Porcini, the Italian matsutake mushroom. I wondered what kind of mushroom image it had, and when I took a sip, it was indeed mushroom-like!
Even if you drink it cold, the taste is very mild and gentle. Without the hint of the name or label, you might have wondered what it tastes like. I might have wondered what it was.
But because I knew the answer first, I was able to enjoy the simplicity of a country home-style soup with lots of mushrooms in it.
