It is clear and dry, with a touch of sweetness in the back.
Also, the tongue feels a little numb at the beginning of drinking.
It doesn't have a strong "nama-zake" feel to it.
It seems to go well with most dishes.
As for pairing.
Naturally, it goes well with sashimi. It also goes well with freshly grated raw wasabi.
The side dishes from the roadside station, with the exception of tempura, went well with most of the dishes.
Roasted ginkgo nuts with Himalayan salt. This goes well with it, it's delicious.
