I came to Fukui to eat crab.
At a local liquor store, there are Kuroryu, Bon, and Hanagaki. Kuroryu and Bon are popular locally because they can be drunk in Kanto, Ono is delicious because of its good water, and winter Shiboritate was recommended to me as it was the last one and I should lose.
I resisted the idea of honjozo, but it's delicious!
Because it is a draft sake, it has a deliciously rich mouthfeel, yet is sharp and tasty.
