We have been attracted to this brand since the summer when it was made exclusively for rock oysters.
It seems to be brewed using the Akita-style "nama-hashiroshi" brewing method.
Clear acidity → gorgeous aroma that is not too assertive
The sweetness of the rice overflows with a zing. ......
As expected of the NEXT5 breweries! The level is high 😂.
4th day after opening the bottle
Mellow Yubari melon......
The time difference makes it bitter...
Delicious change all the way to the end of drinking!
