Rokkasen / "Rokkasen" Yamagata Prefecture
I drink Rokkasen every time, so I tasted one I had never had before.
I don't have a picture of it, but I noticed the brewing water at the booth. I wanted to drink the water anyway, so I tasted it. The water was soft and tasty.
Rokkasen OME Kou SHI liqueur.
This 4% alcohol liqueur was created with the concept of enjoying the aroma. It was very fruit-like and very sweet, but delicious.
Rokkasen Hitotoki Rose
It is made from ancient rice and second fermentation in the bottle. The color is a beautiful rosé, but the wine-like rosé sensation is weak. It's sweet and shwashy, like a juice, and delicious.
At this point, I'd rather have something else to drink than sake💦.
