Toji Selected Pink Label Jungin Ippatsu Kizukuri Genshu.
Miyamanishiki 74.7%, Hoshiakari 25.3%. The ratio is very fine 😄. The previous bottle was 100% Miyamanishiki, so I had to try it again.
The aroma is slightly yogurt with a hint of apple. It also has a slight sourness and astringency. That was my impression when I opened the bottle.
The banana and cemedine flavors gradually come out, and the aftertaste is very sharp.
It has a stronger yogurt feeling than Miyamanishiki 100%, but I was drunk so my memory is a bit hazy😅.
