I went to Sakaya because I wanted to enjoy a "shwashuwa" on a hot and humid day like this.
I was not familiar with schwashuwa type drinks, so I asked the clerk to help me out and chose this one from several candidates.
It seems like it's been 3 years since I've been to this osakaya.
I am glad I kept a record.
I was careful to open the bottle because it is a sparkling, but there was no tag on it, so I was careless and almost spilled it.
Now, as for the taste, it smells like melon for a moment. But soon it also tastes like lychee. It tastes bitter because of the sparkling, but there is a sweet and sour taste in the middle of the bottle.
It is a perfect sake for today's season, temperature, and humidity.
