Mimuro-sugi Junmai-ginjo Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu ORIGARUMI
Mimuro-sugi is hard to buy in Ibaraki. I was finally able to purchase it. I love Kaze no Mori from Nara Prefecture, so I had high expectations for Mimuro Sugi, but it is still delicious. The rice is milled to 60% and the alcohol content is 13%. It has a fresh sweetness without any cloying taste, which is cut off by a little acidity. I think it is similar to Hiran, but I think this one is fresher. I would like to try the normal Namimuro Sugi which is not orikara-mi.
