Unlike the name, it is not fresh and light, but rather has a kind of bitterness from the minerality and the tongue-twisting sensation of ultra-hard water. There is no other place that uses such hard water, and it is the only one I have tasted.

The one that has been opened for a long time is also good with an added depth of flavor. It is neither a sake brewery nor a Yamahai brewery, but it is very rich and full-bodied.
