Comments
The aroma isn't particularly high, but the fruity and gorgeous aroma of Yamada-Nishiki makes me think it's a sweet and gentle sake. On the palate, the sweetness and thickness of the sake were weak, and while it was weak, it was sweet like a melon. However, the sourness spread quickly and strongly in the aftertaste, and was the strongest impression I had. At first I thought it would be a sweet sake, but the aftertaste made me think that this sake is more crisp than sweet. The judgment of whether it is dry or sweet depends on the person who drinks it.
Soushuu (light and smooth)
