Well, I got stuck and bought some Akita sakekko 😂.
I can't go west at all 😱.
At first there is a little gasiness from the banana flavor 🍌.
Then fresh & juicy gourd type delicious acidity in the mouth.
Wild acidity covers them, and the bitter & astringent taste typical of Miyamanishiki lingers strongly with alcohol in the finish.
The #6 yeast from Shinsei and the Miyamanishiki from Akita Prefecture complement each other by bringing out the best of both worlds: the gorgeousness and sweet bitterness ✨🌾.
The sunset orange may represent the exuberance of the setting sun (glamorous) and the awe of the coming night (bitter & astringent).
