Here is a chart diagram for my own drinking comparison. I am sure some of you will point out that this is not true! I am sure some of you will point this out to me. I would appreciate it if you could tell me.
(My impression after drinking it)
When the bottle is opened, there is a cheerful popping sound. Is the top aroma white peach or lychee? No, it smells of green apple. The appearance, a milky white cloudiness from the tailings is oozing. There are lots of fine bubbles on the inside of the glass. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a tingling carbonic acid fizz on your tongue. A well-balanced sweet and sour taste flows down the throat. The aroma is sweet and refreshing, like green apple honey, with a yogurt-like sourness. The flavor is not as intense as that of Hana Yokuyo, but rather juicy and lactic, with a lingering soft sweetness and a citrusy, slightly bitter astringency. It is relatively light, so it is also suitable for a mealtime drink. It is a very popular sake. It is a dangerous sake that you can drink as much as you want.
