I had to go to my parents' house in a hurry.
So, I decided to drink a local sake.
It's a standard ginjo-shu in a good way. It's crisp but not peculiar, has a refreshing aftertaste, and goes well with all kinds of dishes.
It was the first time in a long time that I was able to drink it with my dad, and it might have been the spice of goodness.
