I bought this Urasato at the 7-Eleven mentioned in the previous post! I guess it is positioned as an out-of-prefecture brand of the Urasato Sake Brewery, which brews Kiri-Tsukuba, which I have been into recently.
The label says "Pure Ibaraki," which means that the water and rice are produced in Ibaraki Prefecture! It's a sake like my own that hasn't left Ibaraki since I was born 😅.
It tastes like a melon with a melon-like heady aroma, and like Kiri-Tsukuba, this one has become a big favorite 👌.
