モトシ
Shoyuki from Shizuoka, my hometown. It is one of my favorite local brands along with Isohajime.
It is made from Omachi, but has a gentle and soft sweetness and umami.
The refreshing aroma reminds me of fruits such as ripe melon, banana, and chervil. Elegant sweetness, mild acidity, and a hint of bitterness bring the whole thing together. The smooth mouthfeel promotes drinking, and the overall impression is one of calmness.
