Usunigori, this sake has light lees and small bubbles indicating some undissolved CO2. Pale lemon green in color.
Aroma is less pronounced, but with sweet tones of steamed rice, cream, banana, cherry, and strawberry.
On the palate, it’s semi-sweet, with subdued acidity and umami, and a medium alcohol level, overall giving the impression of a medium body. Characteristics of cherry, fresh banana, cream cheese, and lemongrass makes this an outstanding, slightly bubbly spring sake.
