A sparkling clear sake.
It is 5% alcohol by volume and tastes like a lactic acid soda. There is a hint of acidity and rice sweetness that lingers in the mouth, but in general, it is a light aperitif.
I thought it was a good representation of the flavor expected from the label and specs.
