Purchased at usual liquor store.
This is my first Kabutomushi.
On the palate, it has a fruity sweetness and a sourness that is typical of Sengkyo, and typical of Sengkyo.
It looks bubbly, but the fizziness is not that strong.
Perhaps because I drank another sake first, I don't feel much aroma, but it is good because it is packed with umami, but I don't dare to drink it again...maybe?
I know it's a luxury, but we all have our preferences😅.
