The brewer is Kawatakei Shoten, which brews a delicious Yamahai sake called "Koganezawa" in the same town 😊.
I bought it for the first time because my child goes to the high school here.
The aroma of melon, the gentle sweetness of the rice and the acidity of the Yamahai make it refreshing.
I was expecting a more robust sake, but it was light and fresh!
It can be served cold or warmed.
