RyoheiI had a bottle of Hagi no Dew squeezed this morning that was given to me by an acquaintance.
It is pre-scheduled to be pressed on March 14, and the brewery brews it accordingly.
I thought I had to have such a fresh sake right away, so I opened the bottle this time.
It was very fresh, with a beautiful mouthfeel and a nice sweetness that was very pleasant.
Fruity sake is all the rage these days, but this is sweet sake with a freshness that makes it easy to drink.
I am very happy to be able to enjoy freshly pressed sake.
