tomy
The alcohol was placed in a room with no air conditioning this summer. It was mainly for cooking, but it's almost at the end of its life. It is a strong sake with no change at all. The aroma is what one would call sake, but the sweetness and acidity are well rounded. The 14% Kura-no-Suke from the same brewery is strangely sweet, but the 17% Kura-no-Suke has a better balance because it is more expensive. The price difference between the two is quite clear.
This one is 943 (2L) including tax and Kuranosuke is 657 including tax. It is 1.4 times more expensive than the other two. It has no strange peculiarities or bitterness, and I think it is well made among packaged sake.
