Tobiroki and Jyushiyo continued
Miraculous all-you-can-drink bottles!
Better with fish than drunk alone.
On the first day, there was an almond-type aroma reminiscent of aged sake, but it disappeared after the second day and was replaced by umami. Nama sake is still nurturing (a selfish theory).
Sake with a strong habit can turn into a rather drinkable sake if you wait. If you open the bottle and spritz it every day, you will be able to drink it even if it has a strong habit.
It tastes better on the second day than on the first day, and on the third day than on the second day. Moreover, it penetrates more deeply into the body.
As with Jyushiyo, this level of sake is my favorite.
It is extremely delicious. The moment you put it in your mouth, the umami expands and then it suddenly becomes sharp.
I scored it 90 points on my own.
