A limited brew using a different sake rice from the regular Hiryu, "Kura-no-Hana". The vermilion label celebrates the Year of the Dragon. The regular Hiryu is made from Asahi rice produced in Okayama Prefecture. Rice used: 100% Kuranohana Rice polishing ratio: 50 Sake degree: +5 Acidity: 1.6 Amino acidity: 1.2 Yeast used: In-house yeast Brewing strength: 15 Calm aroma with a hint of grapefruit and rice.
