The manager kindly allowed us to have a sake tasting: ☺️
We drank Niimasa while learning about the characteristics of the sake, how it looks, how the aroma changes with temperature, how it smells, how it tastes, etc. 🍶.
The first time I put it in my mouth, it tasted sweet and smooth.
Then, the sourness that lingers gradually in the mouth.
After swallowing it, the bitter taste and miscellaneous tastes gradually came.
But it feels light and refreshing like water.
I had never drunk sake while thinking so much about it!
Shinmasa was just plain delicious!
I learned for the first time that the No. 6 of Shinmasa is the No. 6 of yeast No. 6!
