I think I got this from a friend in Akita. I'm still reviewing sake from a year ago, so my memory is a bit fuzzy.
A little yellowish?
It is full and slightly mellow. Light acidity lingers in the mouth.
Of course, Yamahai is perfect heated. The sugar content seems to increase.
Even those who don't like Yamahai can enjoy it.
