As it is 6/6, Fermentopia 2023 will be held at Tokyo Midtown Yaesu starting today.
We lined up a few hours before the event started, but I and the others were after the goods! I was the first to get the glass I wanted, so now I can sit on the sofa and enjoy my drink!
The first drink was No.6 Fermen-type
This is one of the No.6 series, limited edition for this event!
Among the No.6 series, you can enjoy its rich sweetness and mild apricot-like acidity. It was a bottle of sake reminiscent of a noble brew? It was reminiscent of a noble sake.
There was almost no line and refills were available for 500 yen per glass, and Yusuke Sato himself poured it for us on the way out.
