Asahiran Unfiltered Nama-no-Hashimoto Sake
We drank it for the first time in the first half of this year and were shocked by its deliciousness. This is the summer edition of Asahiran. It is made from Asahi rice, 77% polished rice, and Association No. 7 yeast.
The aroma is subtle, but when you drink it, the lactic acidic sweetness that is typical of the sake's sake making process spreads at once. It is refined even though it is made with 77% polished rice. It's so delicious. We wanted to drink another bottle, but it was sold out. We are looking forward to drinking it next year.
