It was quite peculiar!
My first impression when I opened the bottle was that it smelled like cheese. My husband said it smelled like soy sauce or miso.
I wonder if it is the umami that is stronger than the alcohol.
It became a little easier to drink when it was heated up.
It's good for sipping sake.
It is a sake that can be played with in various ways.
I tried it on ice cream and it was delicious.
I rather liked it!
For me, I prefer it at room temperature. The more you drink it, the more addictive it becomes!
