Fukushima sake has almost never betrayed me.
This one is also a junmai daiginjo with a slightly concentrated fruitiness rather than the fruity flavor that is so popular nowadays, and it comes in easily after the elegant ginjo aroma.
With a clean aftertaste, this sake was almost perfect as a food sake.
