Aroma with a hint of citrus in the distance
The aroma is very strong with a strong shuwa shuwa.
It has a richness that is typical of Bodhi yeast with a touch of lactic acidity.
It is sweet and sour with a sour taste!
But it is not persistent and has a sharpness,
But it's not cloying, it's crisp and refreshing with a sense of minerality at the end.
I felt this place is typical of Kaze no Mori!
