It was New Year's Eve, and for some reason, I went to a tasting event at Ikoma Sake Shop.
The brewer of Shuzuki was there and we drank a lot of sake, but I didn't take any pictures 💦The Kamisen sake is really good 🍶.
I should have at least taken a picture of the aged sake that costs 7000 yen 🤔.
Unlike the sales staff, he is the one who makes the sake, so it was nice to hear the details 😊.
I thought it was empty but it was crowded 😅
After that, I was allowed to drink a variety of sake that the store owner had personally obtained.
First up was Wakatakeya.
I didn't dislike the taste itself, but it was quite matured even though it was made in November, and that was disappointing.
