MaroI received a Tokachi Junmai Ginjo from Kamikawa Taisetsu Shuzo, which is limited to the Tokachi region of Hokkaido. It was not the first time for me to taste this sake, so I was surprised to find that it has a mild, mild mouthfeel, followed by a long-lasting, unique bitter or astringent taste, or perhaps it is characteristic of Hokkaido rice. It's like "this is it, Kamikawa Taisetsu". Personally, I think it is the perfect sake for when you want to get drunk anyway.
