Kin Suzume金雀飛翔 純米大吟醸
かずぴょん
The owner of the brewery, who knew how much I love Yamaguchi's Kinjaku, gave me a wooden box of Kinjaku Hisho for my birthday.
I had planned to open the bottle on a special occasion, but that day never came, so I opened it today as a reward for my hard work 😀.
The aroma is faintly fruity, and when you put it in your mouth, elegant aromas such as pear and pine muscat fill your mouth. It's not too sweet, but it's a great guy who can easily cut through the sweetness. It is a representative of a fine sake to be drunk with a glass of wine 🍷 🍶I highly recommend it👍.

Kinjaku, Hisho, it's nice, isn't it?
I can't afford to buy it though. (I can't afford to buy it.)

Hi Makoske 😃I've been into Yamaguchi sake recently, including Kinjaku, Ganki, Amami, and Gohashi.
Tobisho is outstandingly delicious 😆.

Hello, Kazupyon!
Yamaguchi's sake is delicious, isn't it?
There is one that Makoske often buys called "Choyo Fukumusume".
I wonder if you have ever had it.

Hello Mr. Makoske 😃I have never heard of "Changyang Fukumusume" before. It's a cute label, but what is it like?
I will definitely drink it if I come across it 😆.
