The owner of the liquor store told me that he had a limited quantity of a famous sake. He told me that it was a sake that had won a gold medal at a sake review. The price was over 5,000 yen for a 4-gallon bottle. With a rice polishing ratio of 35, it has a fruity ginjo aroma and a full, dignified flavor. The taste is so fresh and rare that it is a waste to drink it. It is well worth the price, and is probably one of the best sakes I have ever had. The first time I had it, I had it with bald eel hot pot.
