This is a limited edition low-alcohol sake from Shiki.
It's fire-retarded and has no specific name, but it's a junmai with 50% polished rice.
I like Shiki, but I can't find it near my house, so it's been a while since I've had it.
It's a low alcohol sake, but the flavor is so strong that I don't mind the thinness.
It's light but solidly delicious!
