Aftertaste - Sour! Taste Attack Mild and gentle, but a little fizzy The sweetness is difficult to describe, but I thought it was behind the acidity. Great balance of acidity. No bitterness. Umami: Great acidity. No alcohol feeling. A sense of maturity.
