Nito純米 満歳七十 火

This is my first time to drink Aichi sake.
The aroma is melon-like and greenish.
As the label on the back says, it tastes exactly like many things.
At first, as the aroma suggests, it has a melon-like subtle sweetness, with an unbiased and well-balanced taste of sourness and bitterness. It has a nice sharpness and does not seem to tire one's palate.
It goes well with all kinds of food, but it would go well with oden with dashi broth.
The flavor of bonito and kelp seems to be more easily felt.
