It is a sweet and delicious sake that hits the tongue comfortably and the throat mellowly! It is said that it should be chilled and drunk in a wine glass, and it is delicious to sip it quickly. Yokoyama has a variety of different yeasts, so I'm curious to see how the other ones turn out!
