Fusano Kankiku空海 純米吟醸 一度火入無濾過原酒
ともぞ
The aroma is strong, as is typical of Kangiku, but I have the impression that the alcohol and iso-ness are more noticeable this time than the usual fruity flavor.
Still, compared to other sake, it has a fruity flavor with a modicum of sweetness.
Even though it is fire-brewed, it has a freshness and gaseousness that is not inferior to that of nama-zake.
It is a great entry point to sake at such a reasonable price.
