Today, I got a bottle of Ryoseki Sake Brewery's Ginmon no Ura (silver crest), which I saw for the first time at a nearby supermarket, ITOKU 😋.
The aroma is sweet and gorgeous 🤔The drink has a mild mouthfeel with just the right amount of umami and sweetness, with a nice spiciness towards the end 👍✨It goes down easy without getting tired of drinking 😚I felt it was a versatile sake that goes well with food 😊.
The fourth one is white sesame noodles from nearby noodle shop Urutora.
