It's finally autumn 🍂 today.
I'm going to open a bottle in the garden 😌!
First sip of Philando by Mori Sake Brewery, which brews Hiran 😁.
When I opened the bottle, I could hardly smell the aroma...but...!
One sip and you'll realize that the sake is supposed to be sake🍶⁉️... thought process paused ⏸️
It's so good that it could be mistaken for a white wine ❗️.
The sweetness is so strong and the aftertaste is so smooth and clean that it disappears quickly.
If you're careless, you'll finish it in a blink of an eye💦.
Great before or after dinner ✨

Thank you for your comment, HinaHanaMama. 😆 This sake seems to go well with sweets 🍰 other than before or after a meal. I've had a lot of sake before I registered with Sake-no-wa, but this is the sweetest sake I've ever had and I think it has an excellent aftertaste👍.
