It is sweet and has a sour taste like lactic acid bacteria. It was delicious.
My husband said it was a strange sake.
Because of its strong taste, it was a sake that made me feel full.
It looks like it would go very well with sashimi, but I regret that I made it a junky rice accompaniment only at this time.
