Sasanokawa Sake Brewery was at the Fukushima Product Fair.
I was driving to another event, the Asian Fair, so I was not able to sample the sake 🙀.
The brewery bottles freshly pressed sake and freezes it at -30℃, so you can enjoy the original flavor of sake, such as umami, spiciness, and acidity, in its freshly pressed state.
I bought a bottle of nigori sake because it was so rare.
There was also the hottest sake in Fukushima.
The frozen sake was still tickling when I got home: ❄️
I let it thaw slowly in the fridge before serving.
This nigori sake is very active and on the verge of erupting.
It is rather dry 🤔I can feel the umami well.
I think it is similar to nigori sparkling sake.
The next day, I think the sweetness increased.
