I had not seen Dewazakura Junmai Ginjo in stores very often, but when I saw it, I bought it 🍶.
It is a draft sake, but it has a mild mouthfeel, with a touch of sweetness and a sharp finish with little bitterness.
The aroma has a good ginjo aroma. I didn't smell any alcohol in the aroma before drinking, but when I drank it, I felt the aroma of alcohol spread in my mouth.
The color is almost transparent.
It was quite sweet, but very clean and easy to drink ✨.
